How It Works

At Rebecca’s Laundry Service, laundry day is simple, stress-free, and always handled with care.

1️⃣ Drop Off Your Laundry

Bring your clothes, towels, or linens in any 13-gallon bag — no special container required. Each bag is checked in with a numbered tag for accuracy.

• Pricing is per 13-gallon bag ($25 + tax).
• No need to sort — Rebecca handles separating (darks, lights, towels, sheets, comforters).
• Please pre-treat stains yourself before drop-off.
• Drop off anytime during business hours; if it’s after 1:00 PM, your order will be ready in two days.

2️⃣ Personal Wash & Dry

All laundry is washed in residential machines, giving it the same attention Rebecca gives her own family’s clothes.

• Loads are always washed separately — your laundry never mixes with anyone else’s.
• Standard detergent is used, with scent-free and dye-free options available upon request.
• Special instructions like “no softener” or “extra rinse” are welcome.

3️⃣ Neatly Folded & Ready

Once finished, your laundry is:

• Neatly folded and stacked in a clean bag.
• Ready for pickup during business hours.
• You’ll receive a text message when your order is complete.

Rebecca will hold orders for up to 30 days. After that, abandoned laundry may be donated.

⏰ Turnaround Time

• Standard: 24–48 hours (depending on drop-off time).
• After 1 PM: Two-day turnaround.

🌟 Looking Ahead

Rebecca is always listening to her customers. While pickup is not planned, she may add a delivery option in the future if there’s enough demand.
