🧺 What’s included in the Wash, Dry & Fold service? +
Each load is carefully sorted—darks, lights, towels, jeans, sheets, and comforters are washed separately to protect your clothes. Your laundry is always washed, dried, and neatly folded so it’s ready to put away when you pick it up.
⬇️ Do you offer pickup and delivery? +
At this time, Rebecca offers drop-off only. Pickup and delivery may be added in the future depending on customer demand.
👕 What items can I bring? +
Most everyday laundry items are welcome—clothing, towels, sheets, and comforters. Delicates and hand-wash only items are not accepted at this time.
🧍 Do you mix customer orders? +
No. Every customer’s laundry is kept separate and handled individually. Your items are never mixed with anyone else’s.
💲 How do you charge for laundry? +
Laundry is priced $25 + Tax per 13-gallon bag. Smaller loads are accepted, but the same flat bag price applies.
💳 What forms of payment do you accept? +
Debit, Check, and Cash.
🎁 Do you offer discounts or bundles? +
Not at this time—services are priced simply and fairly per bag.
⏱️ What’s the turnaround time? +
Most orders are ready within 24–48 hours. Items dropped off after 1:00 PM will be ready in two days.
⚡ Do you offer same-day or rush service? +
Not currently—Rebecca focuses on reliable 24–48 hour turnaround.
🧼 What kind of detergent do you use? +
Standard detergent is used, with scent-free and dye-free options available upon request at no extra charge.
✋ Do you offer ironing, hang drying, or specialty treatments? +
No—Rebecca does not provide ironing, hang drying, or specialty treatments at this time.
🧍 Who will be handling my laundry? +
Rebecca personally handles every order—start to finish—for consistent, personal care.
🧦 How do you keep laundry organized? +
Each laundry bag is tagged with a number to ensure accurate tracking and zero mix-ups.
